The Building ONE FLOOR Refinishing team has many years of experience, taking care of all types of surfaces, from hardwood to VCT, marble to ceramic tile. When dirt and grime on the floor is coupled with friction from furniture movement, foot traffic, or heavy machinery, it can cause permanent scratches and chips, giving floors an unprofessional, unattractive and unsafe appearance.

That is why it is important to maintain and polish floors regularly, so your facility will always have a nice appearance for employees and visitors. Maintaining floors makes it easier to keep them clean. This process is applicable for VCT, hardwood, porcelain, concrete floors, etc. Floors in industrial, commercial and high traffic spaces due to their greater resistance to abrasion, water, and use require more regular maintenance.
We recommend to perform stripping procedures for certain floor types on a required basis rather than a predetermined schedule. This may require certain refinishing procedures such as varnish.
